Clinical trials performed under the
OActive Project
Subjects among different populations, such as:
– elderly people with advanced OA ,
– healthy subjects at the risk of developing OA and
– athletes with post-traumatic OA
have been recruited among the three clinical partners ( University of Nicosia, Hospital Universitario Y Politecnico La Fe, Animus Center for Therapeutic Services).
In these subjects, clinical evaluations, biological tests, X-rays, MRIs and gait analysis, were performed. All the obtained data feed the predictive models .
